I have gained a very diversified and thorough understanding of the floor covering and related industries through; ownership of a full-service interior design and floor covering company, a floor covering inspection business, spearheading the Hard Surface Floor Covering Inspector Certification Programs for the IICRC and serving as past co-chair of the NWFA Certification Committee for wood floor covering inspectors, and offering training programs to the related industry professionals. Having this type of experience in combination with my studies and education enable me to bring you, "real world experience", more diversified information and a better understanding of industry inter-related issues.
