Bob Merkt
Owner of MEGA-The Merkt Educational Group and Associates. He has been in the clening and training business for 20 years. He is an invited speaker at many industry events, author and regular contributor to many other industry publications including Cleanfax and CM Cleaning and Mainteance Management. Being an instructor for many certification organizations, Bob specializes in training the adult leaner; performing his classes and hands-on training in an energetic, humorous and easy to comprehend style that his students enjoy.

Christopher Capobianco
A fourth generation floor covering specialist, Christopher Capobianco's background includes retailer, architectural sales representative, technical support manager, consultant, writer, educator and activist. His consulting company, Flooring Answers, provides technical support, trouble shooting, training, testing and inspection services to manufacturers, distributors, dealers, architects and end users. he volunteers his time as Chairman of the FCICA (The Flooring Contractors Association); ASTM Committee F.06 on Resilient Flooring; and the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Fred Gamble
Since 1982, Fed Gamble has been in the hardwood flooring industry. From owning and managing retail outlets, licensed California hardwood flooring contractor, performing inspections on hardwood floors (1988), Western Field Technical Manager for Franklin Adhesives, to training inspectors to be hardwood floor inspectors in his own classes. For the last two years, Fred has been heavily involved in commerical concrete moisture testing; to include the calcium chloride test, the Insitu RH testing and several other related tests. Hardwood inspections is what most days are made up of and that background is why he teaches inspectors to be hardwood floor inspectors.

In addition to providing consultin and quality assurance services for specialized aspects of concrete construction, maintenance, repair and protection. Mr Craig's experience and involvement includes the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Concrete Institute (ACI) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).

Robert Daniels
Robert Daniel's continues as Excecutive Director Emeritus of and Consultant to the Tile Council of North America after serving fourteen years as the Managing Director of the TCA Team, LLC and Executive Director of the TCA. Prior to the Tile Council of America, Robert was President and Owner of Bradford Manufacturing and Founding President of KPT, Inc, a manufacturer of glazed ceramic floor tile.

Scott Tarr
Senior Engineer in the Structural Evaluation Section of Consturciton Technology Laboratories, Inc (CTL). As a licensed PE, his principal experience is in the area of problem-solfing distressed concrte slabs on ground and flooring failures throughout the United States and Internationally and he specializes in comparing the as-built to specified load carrying capability of industrial floors and developing repair specifications to restore the serviceability to that designed. An ICRI and ACI member, he serves on several committees including 320, Consturction on Concrete Floors, and 360, Design of Slabs on Ground.

Tim Henderson, Attorney at Law
Mr Henderson graduated Texas Tech Univiersity School of Law and has been licensed in Texas since 1982. He is board certified in Civil Trail Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993. He is AV7 rated, highest rating by Martindale-Hubbellk. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Initially, Mr Henderson worked as an associated and partner in a law firm. In 1996, he opened his own firm and has tried 53 jury and non-jury cases, argued over 250 motions, taken or defended over 400 despostions and handled over 30 federal and state appeals.

Tom McNall
Founder, owner and technical director/educator for all employees and customers of Great Northern Stone located in Southern Ontario, Canada. Tom serves as a consultant to many global corporations, has been an expert witness in court and has begue writing articles for several industry publications. He currently serves on the board of directors for the marble Institute of America and on several committees for the Insstitute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifictiona (IICRC)
